Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of html2pdf.app, the dashboard at dash.html2pdf.app, the playground at playground.html2pdf.app, the API, related documentation, conversion tools, templates, plugins and support services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MB Tech256 ("we", "our" or "us").

By creating an account, accessing the Services, using an API key, subscribing to a paid plan or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

The Services allow customers to convert HTML, URLs, templates and related input into PDF documents through our API, dashboard, playground and related tools. We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time. We will try to provide reasonable notice where a material change negatively affects paid use of the Services.

Documentation, examples, templates and sample code are provided to help you use the Services. You are responsible for testing your own implementation and confirming that the generated output meets your requirements.

You must provide accurate account, billing and contact information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping passwords, API keys, tokens and other credentials confidential.

You must notify us promptly at ppa.fdp2lmth@ofni if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, creates security risk, violates these Terms or may harm the Services or other users.

"Customer Content" means HTML, URLs, templates, data, files, instructions and other material you submit to the Services. You retain all rights in Customer Content and in generated PDFs, subject to rights owned by us or third parties in the Services, software and underlying technology.

You grant MB Tech256 a limited right to process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Services, comply with law and enforce these Terms. You are responsible for Customer Content, including its legality, accuracy, security classification and whether you have the rights and legal basis needed to submit it to the Services.

Generated PDF documents are stored only temporarily at runtime while document generation is taking place and are deleted immediately after document generation is completed. MB Tech256 does not permanently store generated PDF documents on its servers.

We may store selected request parameters and conversion metadata to provide conversion logs to customers. If the html parameter contains a URL value, we may store that URL as the source of the conversion. If the html parameter contains raw HTML or text, we do not store that raw HTML or text value in conversion logs.

You should not submit special category personal data, payment card data or other highly sensitive data unless this is lawful, necessary for your use case and protected by appropriate safeguards under your own policies and obligations.

You must not use the Services to:

• violate applicable law, third-party rights or these Terms;
• upload, generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or malicious content;
• attempt to access, test, disrupt, overload or compromise the Services, infrastructure or accounts without authorization;
• reverse engineer, copy, resell or provide competing access to the Services except as allowed by law or agreed in writing;
• bypass usage limits, rate limits, billing controls or security controls; or
• use the Services in a way that could damage the reputation, availability, integrity or security of MB Tech256, the Services or other users.

Paid plans, usage limits, included quotas, overage rules and prices are shown on the Website, dashboard, order page or a separate written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by MB Tech256.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge applicable fees, taxes and recurring subscription amounts using your selected payment method. You are responsible for taxes, VAT and similar charges except for taxes based on our income.

If payment fails or fees are overdue, we may suspend or limit access to paid features after reasonable notice unless immediate action is needed to prevent abuse, security risk or unpaid use.

You must use API keys only for your authorized applications and must comply with applicable documentation, technical requirements, rate limits and usage limits. We may apply technical limits to protect the Services, prevent abuse, preserve availability or enforce plan restrictions.

We aim to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, third-party provider issues, network failures, security events or causes outside our reasonable control.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data as a controller. Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on the Website and related subdomains.

To the extent MB Tech256 processes personal data in Customer Content on your behalf as a processor under the GDPR, the Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these Terms unless you and MB Tech256 have signed a separate data processing agreement.

The Services may depend on third-party providers such as infrastructure, hosting, network security, payment, analytics, support, email delivery, marketing email and error monitoring providers. These may include Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, Railway, Hetzner, Interneto vizija (iv.lt), Stripe, Google Analytics, Crisp, Mailgun, MailerLite and Sentry, depending on how you use the Services. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or materials that we do not control.

MB Tech256 and its licensors own the Services, Website, software, documentation, design, trademarks, logos and other materials we provide, except for Customer Content and third-party materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of MB Tech256 intellectual property to you.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant MB Tech256 a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

Each party may receive non-public information from the other party in connection with the Services. The receiving party must protect confidential information using reasonable care and may use it only to perform or receive the Services, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or approved for disclosure.

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may cancel paid subscriptions through the dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation does not relieve you of fees already incurred.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security or legal risk, misuse the Services or if we are required to do so by law. After termination, your right to use the Services ends, but provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security or error-free operation.

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Services and generated documents complies with laws, contracts and internal requirements that apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Tech256's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to MB Tech256 for the Services during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limits are prohibited.

You will defend, indemnify and hold MB Tech256 harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from Customer Content, your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised modification date. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Website, dashboard or account contact information. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Lithuania will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in another forum.
